Welcome to PerfumeGuide. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The service

PerfumeGuide helps you discover fragrances through search, quizzes, and curated lists, and lets you save favorites and read/write reviews. Fragrance names, notes, and related catalog information are used under license from our data provider; brand and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings.

Free and Pro plans

PerfumeGuide is free to use, with a limit on certain features (such as name search) for free accounts. A Pro subscription removes these limits.

Subscriptions

PerfumeGuide Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Account Settings, after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

User content

You're responsible for the reviews and comments you post. Don't post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy, and you can report content you believe violates it from within the app.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer the app beyond what's permitted by law, scrape or bulk-extract the catalog data, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer

Fragrance descriptions, match suggestions, and ratings are provided for informational and discovery purposes only and don't guarantee your personal experience with any product. PerfumeGuide is not affiliated with the brands listed in the app unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
